My experience with the Ideal Protein Plan has been nothing short of miraculous. In a short period of three months I am down a total of 34.5 lbs and no longer a Type II Diabetic and got rid of High Blood Pressure. It feels great to be off all the medications! Without the personal coaching and understanding on Maryann I am not sure I could have done it.

I will tell you this... My weight and eating habits were totally out of control before I met you. I was in need of hitting a total "reset" button on eating habits. I was skeptical that it would happen as fast as it did, and with as much ease. My greatest delight is that I am not just "settling for" losing a prescribed number of pounds. I feel like I have rediscovered a whole lifestyle change that can be sustained... only time will fully tell.
