Sam Worthington (Samuel Henry J. Worthington born 2/8/1976 in English) is an Australian actor known for his starring roles inside the films Avatar, Terminator Salvation and Clash from the Titans.

In 2004, Sam Worthington received Australia’s highest film award for his lead performance in Somersault. He performed predominantly in leading roles in a range of low-budget films before transitioning to major studio films, ranging from romantic drama and comedy-drama to science fiction and action.
